Role & responsibilities • Respond to customer ESG data requests and compliance questionnaires (e.g., OEM requirements). • Support submissions for: • IMDS / CAMDS • RoHS / REACH compliance • EcoVadis / CDP assessments • Collect, validate, and analyze ESG data (energy, emissions, waste, water). • Support preparation of: • ESG dashboards • Monthly/quarterly internal reports • Customer sustainability reports • Track KPIs such as carbon footprint, energy usage, and waste reduction. • Ensure compliance with: • Environmental regulations (RoHS, REACH, WEEE) • Company environmental management systems (ISO 14001) • Support monitoring of Scope 1, Scope 2 emissions (basic level) and Scope3. • Coordinate with EHS teams for audits and compliance checks. • Assist in executing initiatives such as: • Energy efficiency projects • Waste reduction programs. • Plastic and packaging reduction • Support sustainability integration in manufacturing and product design. • Gather and monitor supplier ESG data. • Follow up with suppliers on compliance declarations. • Assist in supplier sustainability assessments and audits. • Maintain ESG-related procedures, records, and compliance documents. • Support development of policies, SOPs, and work instructions. Preferred candidate profile • Bachelors degree in: • Environmental Engineering • Electronics / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering • 5 to 8 years of experience in: • ESG / Sustainability / EHS / Compliance roles • Automotive or electronics manufacturing (preferred) • Freshers with relevant internships/projects in sustainability may be considered. • Basic knowledge of: • RoHS, REACH, IMDS • ISO 14001 environmental systems • Understanding of: • Carbon footprint basics (GHG Protocol introductory level) • ESG concepts and reporting frameworks. • Proficiency in: • MS Excel (data handling) • PowerPoint and reporting tools. • Exposure to Power BI (good to have) • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy • Good communication skills (customer interaction support) • Ability to work in cross-functional teams. • Problem-solving mindset
