This role demands a deep understanding of embedded systems, automotive software architectures, and real-time operating systems, combined with strong leadership to mentor teams and collaborate cross-functionally. The ideal candidate will spearhead innovation in automotive software, ensuring compliance with industry standards and delivering scalable, high-quality products that enhance vehicle performance and user experience. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain Telematics Core software components for next-generation connected vehicles. • Design and implement modules related to: • Device Management • Connectivity Management • Vehicle Data Collection • Cloud Communication • Remote Diagnostics • OTA (Over-The-Air) Updates • Vehicle Health Monitoring • Cybersecurity Services • Integrate telematics applications with vehicle networks such as CAN, CAN-FD, Ethernet, LIN, and FlexRay. • Work closely with cloud teams to enable secure vehicle-to-cloud communication using MQTT, HTTPS, WebSocket, and REST APIs. • Analyze customer requirements and convert them into software design specifications. • Develop reusable software components following AUTOSAR and Automotive SPICE processes. • Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization. • Support vehicle bring-up, system integration, and production issue resolution. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Platform, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Validation, and Program Management.
