Responsible for platform architecture, data model governance, resource development, external system integration, performance optimization, and mentoring the junior Kinaxis Technical Consultant. Lead end-to-end Kinaxis implementations and upgrades, from requirements through go-live. Design and manage data model changes custom tables, fields, views, and relationships. ¢ Build and maintain dashboards, workbooks, alerts, simulation scenarios, and KPIs. ¢ Design and implement integrations with external systems (SAP, QAD, EDW). ¢ Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks in configurations, calculations, and data loads. ¢ Enforce solution architecture standards and mentor the junior Kinaxis consultant. Experience and Required Skills: ¢ 7+ years hands-on Kinaxis Rapid Response/Maestro; at least 2 full end-to-end implementations. ¢ BS/MS/PhD in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field. ¢ Proven expertise in data model customization, resource development, and external system integration. ¢ Track record resolving performance issues in Kinaxis environments. ¢ Strong supply chain planning knowledge: demand, supply, inventory, S&OP, MRP/MPS. ¢ Proficiency in Kinaxis scripting and SQL. ¢ Kinaxis certification. ¢ Maestro/AI modules and API integration experience a plus. ¢ Familiarity with ITIL concepts or service management practices (incident, change, problem). ¢ Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
