Role & responsibilities Moulding Line Quality Assurance (Process Audit, FPA Critical process, time check for critical process). Analysis and verification of OQC & moulding line defects, and take actions for their reduction. New Mold Trail & validation of process parameters. Provide training to new inspectors & their skill upgradation. Analysis & reduction of defects detected at assy. line.
