Job description

--Identification of chronic issues at press shop and take actions for their reduction & control. -New Part approval after Trail & validation. -Provide training to Engineers & their skill upgradation. -Ensure zero outflow of defects to assy line. -Strengthening of sheet metal inspection process -Experience on Quality Circle, PPAP & SPC. -Knowledge of ISO-9001 -Sheet Metal Line Quality Assurance (Process Audit, FPA Critical process, time check for critical parameters). -Analysis and verification of press shop defects, and take actions for their reduction. -New Part Trail & validation of process parameters. SPC on line. Provide training to new inspectors & their skill upgradation. Analysis & reduction of defects detected at assy. line.
