HCLTech looking Talent Acquisition Executive for Engineering vertical Exp - 2.6 to 6 Yrs Location - Chennai & Bangalore Work mode - Work from Office (5 days) Role & responsibilities > Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, engineering and business requirements, from sourcing through offer and  joining. > Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements, define sourcing strategies and drive timely closures. > Handle candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, follow-up, feedback coordination and offer-stage  engagement. > Support hiring across engineering and product-oriented requirements, including Mechanical, Electrical, Costing, SCM, Manufacturing domain requirements.
