We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Marketing Developer with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys (formerly Dynamics 365 Marketing) to design, develop, configure and support marketing automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in customer journeys, real-time marketing, segmentation, event management, lead management, customer data integration and extending D365 Marketing using Power Platform, Dataverse, Azure and custom development technologies. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, marketing teams, solution architects and CRM developers to deliver scalable, customer-centric marketing solutions that drive engagement, lead generation and customer retention.
