Roles and Responsibility • Develop and implement effective customer care strategies to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction. • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide excellent patient care and support. • Manage and resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly. • Provide information about healthcare services and products to patients and their families. • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and patients. • Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to healthcare services. Job Requirements • Proven experience in customer care or a related field, preferably in the healthcare industry. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks. • Knowledge of healthcare services and products is desirable. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are needed to resolve complex issues. • Experience working with healthcare software and systems is an asset.
