Executive - Inventory

Job description

Key Responsibilities: • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are updated regularly. • Monitor and track inward and outward movement of materials across the warehouse and production units. • Coordinate with the Procurement, Warehouse, and Production teams to ensure seamless inventory operations. • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review. • Conduct periodic stock reconciliation and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy. • Ensure compliance with company inventory policies, procedures, and internal controls. • Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory and recommend appropriate actions. • Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective measures to minimize stock variances. • Support inventory audits and maintain proper documentation of all stock transactions. • Assist in optimizing inventory levels to avoid stock shortages and excess inventory.
