**Group Company:** GSL India **Designation:** Executive - IT and Communication Management **Office Location:** MBP Navi Mumbai (Office) **Position description:** **OT Information security Engineers for Assessing, improving, and maintaining the cybersecurity posture of their OT environments to mitigate security risks (e.g., insider and external threats, intentional and accidental).** This position?s responsibilities include the audit of OT environments and performing risk assessments. This role also includes developing specific cybersecurity roadmaps that prioritize the remediation of cyber threats, based on the likelihood of occurrence and consequence of a security incident. This position will create mitigation plans to remediate vulnerabilities and will provide support during the remediation efforts. OT Information security Engineers assist in reviewing and developing Industrial Cybersecurity programs, security policies, and plans, and provide guidance to improve the existing OT security programs. OT Information security Engineers demonstrate: **Primary Responsibilities:** - Taking inventory of hardware software assets and assessing those assets for security vulnerabilities, obsolescence, and other risks. - Maintaining records of Security incidents and their status with proper details for compliance - To co-ordinate with Security Consultants in maintaining the IT infrastructure including Servers, Firewall, Network equipment?s to the highest possible level of security. - Stay up to date on information technology trends and security standards. - Reviewing security policies, plans, and procedures; assessing network monitoring capabilities; analyzing system logs, security events, and packet captures to identify security threats; and providing - Reviewing administrative, technical, and physical security controls and providing recommendations to mitigate the identified security risks. - Performing vulnerability and risk assessments within manufacturing and critical infrastructure environments to identify security risks and threats (e.g., unsecure remote access points, suspicious re - Travel to the site as required. **Additional Responsibilities:** **Reporting Team** - **Reporting Designation:** Manager - IT and Communication Management (GSL\\_EP\\_IT\\_INF\\_M) - **Reporting Department:** Infrastructure (GSL\\_EP\\_IT\\_INF) **Educational qualifications preferred** - **Category:** Bachelor's Degree - **Field specialization:** Chemical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical and Electronics engineering, Mechanical Engineering - **Degree:** - **Academic score:** - **Institution tier:** **Required Certification/s:** **Required Training/s:** Strong understanding of cybersecurity.
