**POSITION/ ROLE** Executive Production CR LOCATION Pant Nagar Factory **DEPARTMENT/ DIVISION** UPBG / Manufacturing **GRADE** Executive **EDUCATION** Diploma / B.E in Mechanical Engineering / Refrigeration background **EXPERIENCE (Years)** 2 to 3 years of experience in production department within a manufacturing setup, preferably refrigeration assembly line operations. **POSITION OVERVIEW** To lead and manage the assembly operations of ensuring high productivity, quality, and adherence to safety and delivery timelines. **ROLE** **Assembly Operations** - Supervise and manage the end-to-end assembly process. - Ensure smooth coordination between sub-assembly stations (e.g., coil mounting, cabinet fitting, electrical wiring, compressor installation). **Production Planning & Execution** - Prepare daily and weekly production schedules aligned with sales and dispatch targets. - Monitor line balancing and taking time to optimize throughput. **Quality & Compliance** - Ensure adherence to quality standards at each stage of assembly. - Collaborate with the Quality team for in-line inspections and final product audits. - Implement corrective actions for defects and process deviations. **Team Leadership** - Manage and train line operators, supervisors, and technicians. - Promote a culture of safety, discipline, and continuous improvement on the shop floor. **Equipment & Maintenance** - Coordinate with maintenance for uptime of assembly tools, jigs, fixtures, and conveyors. - Ensure calibration and upkeep of torque tools, leak testers, and electrical testing equipment. **Reporting & Documentation** - Maintain production logs, rejection reports, and daily performance metrics. - Present shift-wise and monthly reports to senior management. **ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES** - Familiarity with product design and functional testing, Line balancing - Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S practices - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment 1
