Assistant Manager - Production (Ref)

Job description

Role & responsibilities • Line balancing with available manpower / equipment resources. • Responsible for the planning and execution of production processes. • Monitoring quality standards and costs, and provide administrative support. • Reporting to the production manager. Assisting the production manager with administrative tasks like production schedules and time sheets. • Reconsilation of critical material consumed against the BOM. • Overseeing quality control throughout the production process. • Ensuring that production is completed before deadlines. • Updating the production manager on the status of projects. • Liaising and coordinating production with other departments. • Resolving labour disputes, where requested. Built healthy environment & better culture. Preferred candidate profile • Working in Refrigeration industry • Having knowledge of Cabinet Foaming and Cold Roll Foaming
