Executive/ Senior Executive - HSE

Job description

Key Responsibilities: - Conduct routine HSE inspections and safety audits across the property. - Identify workplace hazards and ensure timely closure of safety observations. - Monitor and enforce compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations. - Implement and manage Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems for high-risk activities. - Ensure adherence to contractor safety requirements and site safety regulations. - Conduct incident investigations and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions. - Organize fire drills, emergency evacuation drills, and safety awareness programs. - Inspect and monitor fire protection systems, emergency equipment, and emergency exits. - Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for employees and contractors. - Maintain HSE records, statutory documents, audit reports, and compliance trackers. - Coordinate with tenants, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters. - Support sustainability initiatives related to waste management, energy conservation, and environmental compliance.
