Key Responsibilities: • Conduct routine HSE inspections and safety audits across the property. • Identify workplace hazards and ensure timely closure of safety observations. • Monitor and enforce compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations. • Implement and manage Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems for high-risk activities. • Ensure adherence to contractor safety requirements and site safety regulations. • Conduct incident investigations and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions. • Organize fire drills, emergency evacuation drills, and safety awareness programs. • Inspect and monitor fire protection systems, emergency equipment, and emergency exits. • Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions for employees and contractors. • Maintain HSE records, statutory documents, audit reports, and compliance trackers. • Coordinate with tenants, vendors, contractors, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters. • Support sustainability initiatives related to waste management, energy conservation, and environmental compliance.
