Job description

- Follow appropriate inventory policies. - Provides support to more than 100+ CC, PAS, Pickup and PUP at designated location. - Responsible for Packing and delivering all the inventory items in timely manner. - Coordinate with Vendors for service implementation. - Keep check on compliances and make report and forward to the concerned department. - Take follow-ups from vendors and Lab centers for timely service. - Maintaining basic office tasks, such as delivering e-mails, answering e-mails, organizing birthday parties, games, and festivals etc. - Responsible for creating the indent & GRN for 100+ locations and issue the same on the LIMS. - Maintain records of all the COCO CCTV cameras/printers whether they are working properly, if not arranging technician for the same. - Coordinate with logistics team for delivering of items to the clients on time. Coordinate with riders to pickup & drop the items to the clients in case of requirements. Maintain a copy of declaration after delivering the items to the clients for future reference. - Cost efficiency - Management of perishable item. - Disposal of expired material - Maintain accounts - Monitor proper receipt & issue of materials - Maintain daily distribution of inventory/indents - Inspect & quality check of material received - Vendor management - Waste control - Cross check of optimum storage conditions in store - Order & record materials - Following stocking standards.
