The company markets its products under its two global brands – Apollo and Vredestein, and its products are available in over 100 countries through a vast network of branded, exclusive and multi-product outlets. **Job Title**: Executive - TBR Engineering **Location**: Chennai Office **Reports to (Position)**: Manager **Department/Function**: TBR Manufacturing **Purpose of the Job**: Responsible for Ensuring the equipment availability through Effective maintenance management for smooth production and spare management by ensuring the cost and safe workplaces using engaged employees. **Major Responsibilities**: Electrical PM Compliance % in BU 5 Specific Air consumption reduction Ensure Breakdown within target in BU5 Closure of identified special projects /Technology/Improvement Projects Risk reduction projects in BU5 Safety interaction SI Ensure the BSC requirements Critical spares availability and Stores & Spares consumption as per budget **Knowledge (Technical / Functional):** 1. Knowledge in Extruder,Auto booker& windup Process, PLC/Servo equipment’s programming 2. Knowledge in SAP & Maintwiz 4. Good knowledge in Scada & Special controllers (E+L & MT) 5. Awareness of LOTO, Energy isolation procedure **Skills:** 1. Man, management and Interpersonal skills 2. Problem solving and decision-making ability 3. Team Building & Interpersonal skills. 4. Trouble shooting skills **Relevant Experience**: 3-4 years of experience in the rubber industry, preferably tyre industry having extensive knowledge in extruders, cutter & engineering activities **Education Qualification(s)**: Diploma/B. E/B. Tech (Electrical engineering) in rubber industry.
