Job description

Key Responsibilities  Create and process Purchase Orders based on approved requisitions.  Track POs from creation to closure and maintain records.  Coordinate with vendors for quotations, confirmations, deliveries, and issue resolution.  Verify supplier invoices against Pos.  Coordinate with Finance for vendor payment processing and follow up on pending payments.  Maintain procurement documentation and vendor records.  Collaborate with Warehouse, Production, Planning, Quality, and Finance teams.  Ensure timely closure of reconciliation differences. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce Experience: 1-4 Yr in Purchase order creation Skills PO management Vendor management Excel ERP (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics/Tally) Analytical and Communication skills PO turnaround time On-time PO Closure Invoice accuracy Payment follow-up effectiveness Documentation compliance.
