Job description

Responsibilities Technical Knowledge • Understands BOM structures and material demand planning • Familiar with MES systems for scanning and tracking • Knows packaging standards for sea shipment (label dimensions, carton specs) • Can interpret and follow SOPs and work instructions accurately Process Skills • Proficient in tray loading, carton preparation, and label application • Able to follow FIFO (First-In-First-Out) inventory principles • Skilled in verifying label IDs and ensuring packaging compliance • Capable of coordinating with OQC, logistics, and store teams • Familiar with Lean Manufacturing principles: Kaizen, Kanban, Poka-yoke Packaging Expertise • Knows how to handle ESD-sensitive components • Understands use of packaging materials (silica gel, HIC cards, foam padding) • Can prepare and seal boxes using H-tape method • Experienced in palletization and shipment preparation Compliance & Safety • Adheres to PPE requirements (mask, gloves, ESD slippers) • Maintains 5S standards at workstation • Follows MSL procedures for MSD components • Ensures quality checks are completed before dispatch Coordination & Communication • Communicates effectively with production, quality, and logistics teams • Can escalate issues (MES errors, label mismatches) appropriately • Understands customer-specific labeling and documentation needs Efficiency & Accuracy • Works with precision in high-volume packaging environments • Maintains accurate records of material movement and packaging • Capable of handling multiple packaging formats and customer requirements Essential Attributes • Process Oriented, • Continuous improvement mindset, • Lean Manufacturing principle, • Analytical • Logical reasoning Qualifications Experience in Production Planning Control and Demonstrated People Leadership
