Key Responsibilities • Install, maintain, repair, and upgrade semiconductor manufacturing equipment at customer facilities. • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and system-related issues to minimize equipment downtime. • Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections to ensure optimal performance. • Provide on-site technical support and respond to emergency service requests when required. • Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation. • Collaborate with customers, engineers, and internal support teams to ensure timely problem resolution. • Follow safety regulations, cleanroom protocols, and quality standards while delivering exceptional customer service. Required Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in equipment maintenance, field service, technical support, or industrial equipment servicing. • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, Automation, or a related technical discipline. • Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N3 or above). • Working proficiency in English. • Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, mechanical diagrams, and electrical schematics. • Willingness to travel and work at customer sites across Japan as required.
