Job Title: Field Technical Service Executive Location: Vijayawada Reports to (Position): RFTS Department/Function: Field Technical Service Major Responsibilities: 1. Claim and complaint management 2. Product feedback to R&D and Sales 3. Demand Generation Activities 4. Training – of internal and external staff 5. Market Intelligence – current practices by the competition, latest trends in customer service and customer experience 6. Implementation of Marketing and Service Initiatives 7. Sales support – support sales team in timely customer complain resolution, sales generation through customer activities etc Skills: 1. Awareness of Sales Processes and Systems 2. Knowledge of market assessment/ demand estimation techniques 3. Knowledge of mechanisms for brand building, marketing communication and promotional activities 4. Product Knowledge Relevant Experience: 4-6 years Education Qualification(s): B.Tech
