**Job Title:** **Field Verification Officer (FVR) Ex-Army / Defence Background Preferred** **Job Type:** **Full-Time | Field Role** **Job Summary:** We are looking for **disciplined and experienced Ex-Army / Defence personnel** for the role of **Field Verification Officer (FVR)**. The role involves visiting customer locations, verifying details, and submitting accurate field reports within defined timelines This is a **high-responsibility field role** suitable for candidates who are physically fit, observant, and comfortable with travel. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct **field visits** to customer locations (10 lakhs+ cases) - Verify **residential/business address authenticity** - Meet customers and perform **basic interview & background checks** - Capture **geo-location (lat-long)** and photographs - Submit **visit reports within 24- 48 hours TAT** - Classify cases as **Positive / Refer / Negative** - Identify discrepancies or potential risks **Eligibility Criteria:** - **Preferred Background:** Ex-Army / Defence / Security Personnel - **Age:** 35 to 45 years - **Education:** Minimum 12th Pass (+2), Graduates preferred - **Experience:** Field roles / verification / security experience preferred - **Vehicle:** Must own a **two-wheeler with valid DL** - **Fitness:** Physically fit and active - **Travel:** Willing to travel 25- 30 km daily **Skills Required:** - Discipline and integrity - Strong observation skills - Basic communication skills - Ability to work independently - Familiarity with mobile usage for reporting **Salary & Benefits:** - Salary as per industry standards 3 TO Upto 4.5LPA BASED ON LOCATION - **Additional allowance:** - 150 TO 200 per verification (FVR) - Travel reimbursement as applicable **Why Join Us?** - Opportunity for **Ex-Army professionals to transition into corporate role** - Structured and stable field job - Fast hiring process **Education :** Graduation Not Required **Kindly share your resume to recruitmentblr2@muthootgroup.com** **Feel free to speak with HR -Madhu -7670842320**
