**About the Team** The Reporting team is responsible forfinancial analysis, reporting, and regulatory compliance across theorganisation. The key activities of the team include: - **Performance analysis:** Review and analyse segment-wise Profit Loss, including premiums, investments, claims, commissions, and expenses. - **Financial reporting:** Prepare and analyse financial statements under IGAAP and IND AS, and support transition to new standards such as IND AS 117. - **Planning and forecasting:** Develop Profit Loss projections based on past trends, market inputs, and discussions with stakeholders. - **Regulatory reporting:** Prepare and submit reports to IRDAI and SEBI in a timely and accurate manner. - **Monitoring key metrics:** Track solvency, loss ratio, combined ratio, and other key indicators, and highlight areas of improvement. - **Investor communication:** Support preparation of investor presentations and quarterly updates with clear and relevant information. - **Process improvement:** Drive automation and improve reporting processes for better efficiency and accuracy. **About the Role** - Analyse the monthly performance of the companys investment book, including fixed income and equity portfolios, and track key movements such as yield and unrealised gains. - Review investment entries to ensure they are recorded accurately in line with applicable accounting standards (including IND AS 109). - Manage reporting related to mutual funds and share timely and accurate information with internal teams. - Prepare and review Investment related Notes to Accounts (NTA) and related disclosures for financial reporting. - Review investment returns, identify key trends and changes, and highlight important observations. - Support quarterly and annual audit closures, including responding to audit queries and providing data and reports as required. - Manage reporting requirements as required by regulatory bodies like IRDA/SEBI. Support ad hoc analysis, reporting, and projects as required bymanagement from time to time. **Key Requirements:** **Education:** CharteredAccountant **Experience:** Fresher **Skills in:** Understanding of Indian Accounting Standards.
