**Job Summary** The Senior Executive – Finance will be responsible for managing accounts receivable, supporting financial reporting, assisting with internal and external audits, and ensuring accurate accounting records. The role requires strong knowledge of accounting principles, proficiency in Tally ERP, and Microsoft Excel skills. **Key Responsibilities (KRAs)** ● Manage the complete AR Accounting process, including invoicing, accounting, hospitals reconciliations, and outstanding follow-ups. ● Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports. ● Support internal and external audits by doing reconciliations, and providing the required documents. ● Perform account reconciliations and ensure timely closure of accounting entries. ● Maintain proper documentation and financial records for audit and compliance purposes. ● Perform other finance and accounting activities as assigned by the department. **Required Skills** ● Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and accounting processes. ● Hands-on experience with Tally ERP (mandatory). ● Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and MIS reporting (mandatory). ● Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. ● Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills. ● Good communication and coordination abilities. **Qualification** ● Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent. ● MBA (Finance) / M.Com / CA Inter (preferred). **Experience** ● 3–5 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with a strong focus on Accounts Receivable and MIS reporting.
