Job Description Finance Specialist Job Location: Pune Location Flexibility: Primary Location Only Req Id: 11239 Posting Start Date: 8/19/26 About the Position: Position in Financial MIS Reporting. Person should be experienced in generating and analyzing reports and provide insights to Business in the areas of Improvement and controlling costs. Key Duties & Responsibilities: • Proficiency in excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, Power Pivot and VBA Macros. • Experience in any one of the consolidation tool like Hyperion is preferred. • To handle Planning, Budgeting and forecasting along with financial analysis of his / her portfolio. • Business Partnering- Work closely with Department heads to align financial plans with operational reality, providing actionable analysis. • To act as bridge between Finance and Business (Business Partnering). • Driving value with the help of data and reports. • Participate in month end reporting. • Help in fixing the process gaps. Add- on Qualifications: • Advanced Analytics – Professional proficiency in Power BI and/or SQL to build out automated margin and profitability dashboards. • AI tool integration – Working knowledge of applying AI tools e.g. Copilot to accelerate Finance workflows, reporting automation and variance details. Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in the similar role Skills: • B.Com / MBA / CA (Inter). • Good communication skills. • Excellent Excel skills. • Knowledge of BI tools like Power BI, SQL,Tableau preferred SAP Experience preferred Relocation Supported: Yes Visa Sponsorship Approved: No
