This role involves assessing clients’ financial goals and risk profiles, and creating tailored financial plans that align with HDFC Life’s product portfolio. The Financial Planning Manager will analyze financial data, recommend appropriate insurance and investment solutions, and support clients with retirement, protection, and savings planning. Responsibilities include driving sales through structured financial consultations, collaborating with internal teams to optimize customer experience, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. The role also requires regular reporting, tracking performance against targets, and continuous market and product awareness to advise clients effectively. **Qualifications** - Strong Financial Planning and Finance skills, with the ability to design comprehensive, goal-based financial solutions. - Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, assess risk, and provide data-driven recommendations. - Solid understanding of Investments, insurance products, and retirement planning instruments. - Proven Sales skills, including consultative selling, relationship management, and achievement of financial targets. - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CFP or equivalent) are an advantage. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear manner. - Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements. - Experience in life insurance, banking, or financial services, preferably in a planning or advisory role.
