About the Role We are seeking an experienced Frontend Lead Developer with strong expertise in Angular and React to design, develop, and maintain modern enterprise-grade web applications. The ideal candidate will drive frontend architecture, mentor development teams, and deliver exceptional user experiences across large-scale digital platforms. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Angular (12+) and React JS . • Design and build reusable UI components and frontend frameworks. • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend teams to create seamless user experiences. • Ensure application performance, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices. • Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services. • Lead code reviews, enforce development best practices, and mentor junior developers. • Participate in architectural discussions and technology roadmap planning. Required Skills • 6-12 years of frontend development experience. • Strong expertise in Angular (12+) and React JS . • Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 . • Experience with Redux, RxJS, and State Management . • Strong knowledge of REST API integration . • Experience in responsive and mobile-first design. • Hands-on experience with Webpack, NPM, Git , and CI/CD practices. Preferred Skills • Experience with Next.js and Angular Universal . • Frontend performance optimization expertise. • UI testing using Jest, Cypress, Selenium . • Exposure to AI-powered applications, Conversational AI, or Generative AI solutions . Educational Qualifications • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
