Job description

Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions using GCP services. • Build and optimize data models, data marts, and reporting layers for analytics. • Develop and manage ETL/ELT pipelines using cloud-native and third-party tools. • Create interactive dashboards and reports using BI platforms such as Looker, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI. • Develop and optimize SQL queries for large-scale datasets in BigQuery. • Integrate data from multiple sources including databases, APIs, and cloud storage platforms. • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality and performance issues. • Implement data governance, security, and access controls within analytics solutions. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements. • Support data validation, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance activities. • Document BI solutions, data lineage, and technical specifications. • Stay current with emerging GCP analytics and BI technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Data Warehousing. • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services. • Strong expertise in BigQuery for data warehousing and analytics. • Proficiency in SQL and query performance optimization. • Experience with ETL/ELT development and data integration. • Knowledge of data modeling techniques including star and snowflake schemas. • Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as: • Looker • Looker Studio • Tableau • Power BI • Understanding of cloud data architecture and analytics best practices. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
