Job description

Role & responsibilities Core responsibility - Executing and handling various processes related for Gold loans at Branches in coordination with other stake holders & ITD. a) Ensuring surprise verifications on Gold loan portfolio is conducted which includes checking through XRF, surprise verifications. b) Conducting Gold loan valuations at branches. c) Handling Auction process for Mumbai location. d)NPA calling , regularization e) Conducting checks on Gold loan portfolio across branches including customer on-boarding, account maintenance, transaction processing, system glitches and fixes, Audit etc. f) Facilitate continuous training and mentoring of branch staff on processes through both online as well as classroom sessions. g) Live out ESQ culture by leading on internal customer engagements h) Handling and backing up for other projects as taken up from time to time basis Preferred candidate profile
