Job description

**Role & responsibilities:** - Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS. - Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and reporting. - Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities. - Coordinate with auditors for Statutory Audit, Cost Audit, Internal Audit, and other regulatory audits. - Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation required during audits. - Ensure timely closure of audit observations and compliance requirements. - Direct tax compliances i.e. Income tax return, TDS returns. - Indirect Tax compliances i.e. GSTR 1, GSTR 3B - Conversant in SAP FICO module - Management of Fixed Assets, Accounts Payables & Banking Operations - ABP Input for Opex / Capex budgeting / uploading of Budget / Creation of New Capex WBS. - Handling Internal & Statutory Audits including Tax audit, preparing various audit schedules as per requirement. - Supporting CFO for various assignments as per needs. - Adherence to the timeline issued by the management from time to time for Financial closure, internal, ICoFR, Tax and statutory audits **Preferred candidate profile:** **CA Qualified**
