Role & responsibilities : What are we looking for? • Strategic Thinking Ability to evaluate business challenges and identify long-term strategic opportunities. • Analytical Skills Ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable business insights. • Problem Solving Ability to diagnose business issues and recommend practical, value creating solutions. • Competitive Benchmarking – Ability to assess peer performance and identify best practices to support business decision-making. • Opportunity Assessment – Ability to identify, evaluate, and prioritize growth, partnership, and business improvement opportunities. • Strategy Formulation – Ability to support the development of business and functional strategies aligned with organizational objectives. • Executive Presentation Skills – Ability to synthesize complex information into concise, impactful presentations for senior leadership and Board discussions. • You would be responsible for • Anchor the annual strategy formulation and Annual Strategic Workshop (ASW) process across clusters and functions. • Coordinate with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to consolidate strategic plans and board-level inputs. • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize growth opportunities, partnerships, skilling, and capacity building initiatives. • Support business performance improvement projects through problem-solving, analysis, and strategic recommendations. • Conduct market, industry, and competitor benchmarking to generate actionable insights. • Facilitate strategy workshops by bringing external perspectives, trends, and best practices into discussions. • Drive execution and tracking of strategic initiatives to ensure achievement of defined outcomes and timelines. • Develop business insights, analytical frameworks, and decision-support tools for leadership teams. • Monitor and support strategy deployment through scorecard development and performance management processes. • Prepare strategic summaries, presentations, and decision papers for senior leadership and Board reviews.
