About the job INDmoney is a leading wealth-tech platform helping investors manage and grow their wealth. As we expand, we’re looking for a Growth Associate. This role requires Entrepreneurial Mindset & Raw intelligence. What You'll Do • Own the go-to-market strategy for new product features and launches. • Plan and execute feature marketing campaigns across digital and owned channels. • Identify, build, and manage partnerships that can drive user growth and engagement. • Take ownership of projects from idea to execution with minimal supervision. What We're Looking For • 1–3 years of experience in Growth, Marketing, Partnership, or a similar role. • Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Data-driven approach with strong analytical abilities. • Curiosity to learn, experiment, and continuously improve.
