HCL Tech hiring for OTC - Bangalore • Billing • Collection • Dispute Management (under OTC) • Cash application • Order Management Location : Bangalore Experience : 1 to 5 years Responsibilities: • Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills • Ability to work own initiative • Financial & commercial awareness / good numerical skills. • Problem solving aptitude & ability • Relevant and demonstrable experience of a collections role. (Required) • Sap Experience • PC literacy, particularly in MS Office (Windows NT). • Demonstrate a customer focused orientation • Demonstrate a target focused orientation • Ability to work closely with customers & negotiation effective outcomes to their problems. • Committed approach to team work. • Resilient under pressure and able to quickly adapt to unforeseen work demands. • Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills • Adaptable to a changing environment • Able to control interactions with customers using persuasion and influencing skills. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to liaise with Senior management Looking for candidate with an immediate to 30-day notice period.
