Job description

**Well look to you for:** - Providing technical support and fault-finding expertise to maintenance and warranty teams - Analyzing system event data to identify failure modes and compiling test/rectification reports - Supporting infrastructure maintenance and intervention at other sites when required - Collaborating with Fleet Control, Engineering, and Reliability Teams to identify and resolve technical issues - Assisting in pre-work planning for shifts and contributing to the development of accurate planning boards - Supporting knowledge transfer and training within autonomous teams - Ensuring adherence to safety regulations and promoting a culture of safety and compliance **All about you** We value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, weve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: - An Engineering qualification such as a Higher National Certificate (or equivalent) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering - Practical experience and sound knowledge of rolling stock and infrastructure equipment - Technical expertise in fault finding and implementing repairs - Competence in the use of diagnostic tools and software - Proficiency in the local language - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency with IT tools, including office packages, email, and intranet - A logical, organized approach to problem-solving and a willingness to share suggestions for improvement - A demonstrated team player with a collaborative mindset
