Engineering Middle Management Key Result Areas : Hands on experience for SAP (PP and MM module) Understanding of COGM , BOM validation WRT Physical , consumption ( accuracy of BOM and Routing) Hands on experience for MS office, Auto cad Smart work and dedication Understanding of drawing and feasibility check. customer Interaction and technical discussion on Feasibility , RFQ . Hands on experience for New product Development, Experience of development of Press tools and Welding fixtures, Process optimization, cost saving. Documents Preparation of PPAP, New product development Process improvement. Process optimization and cost saving. VA/VE Documentation and Understanding. VA/VE Idea generation and 3M analysis. Proto parts development with in given timelines and required Quality Line balancing and capacity calculations Co-ordination with the Production ,Quality ,Tool rom and other relevant department for the development of Proto parts and New product. Adhere the various customer mile stone for Proto development and Product development Achieve the various quality goals with in give time lines during the development. NEW Product development , Process improvement, Cost saving , SAP PP,MM,PS module , IATF audits, Program management, ECN implementation, Customer interaction
