**Date:** 1 Apr 2026 **Location:**Bhopal, MP, IN Could you be the full-time Signalling Maintenance Manager in Bhopal were looking for **Your future role** Take on a new challenge and apply your \\*\\*Signalling systems maintenance and project management\\*expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside \\*\\*dedicated and collaborative\\*teammates. You''ll \\*\\*play a key role in ensuring the operational efficiency of Signalling systems during the Defect Liability Period (DLP) and maintenance contracts\\*\\*. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (\\*\\*Project Managers, Service Engineers, Technicians\\*\\*) and external stakeholders (\\*\\*customers, subcontractors, and suppliers\\*\\*) to deliver high-quality maintenance solutions and much more. Youll specifically take care of \\*\\*preventive and corrective maintenance activities\\*\\*, but also \\*\\*troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on-site\\*\\*. Well look to you for: - Following pre-defined maintenance schedules and ensuring compliance with safety policies - Preparing failure and intervention reports - Collaborating with the customer OM team to address anomalies during the DLP period - Supervising and inspecting Signalling system maintenance activities - Testing and inspecting systems to ensure peak performance - Supporting contract KPIs and coordinating technical meetings with clients - Providing documentation and reports to assist maintenance teams and project managers - Ensuring compatibility with health and safety standards **All about you** We value passion and attitude over experience. Instead, weve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: - Engineering Degree or diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering - 8-10 years of experience in Signalling systems for Railway projects - Experience in testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting Signalling systems - Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance of safety-critical systems - Strong problem-solving and team-working skills - Proactive mindset and readiness to acquire new knowledge - Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and OEMs
