Role & responsibilities Legal Officer (Non-Litigation) - Key Responsibilities • Conduct Title Search (TSR) and property legal due diligence. • Verify ownership, title chain, and property-related documents. • Draft and vet legal documents, agreements, NOCs, affidavits, and declarations. • Provide legal opinions for Home Loan and LAP cases. • Identify title defects, encumbrances, and legal risks. • Coordinate with Credit, Sales, and Operations teams. • Handle non-litigation legal matters related to lending and property finance.
