Candidate should have strong experience in outbound sales in any product and contact center operation experience. **Interested candidate can call on 7982112501 or email their resume on Brijeshkumar@paisabazaar.com** **Entity -** Policybazaar **Location** - Mumbai, Malad West **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of business targets - Manage and lead the sales team with a strong focus on productivity and conversions - Monitor pipeline, enquiry management, and closure efficiency - Ensure high customer engagement and resolution handling - Track daily sales, MIS, KPIs, and operational performance - Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth execution and escalations - Improve process adherence, sales quality, and team accountability - Drive retention, upselling, and overall customer experience **Preferred Candidate Profile:** - Prior experience in outbound sales/team management roles, - Strong communication and leadership skills - Good understanding of sales funnel and conversion metrics - Ability to work in a high-pressure and target-driven environment - Automotive/Insurance/BFSI/Contact centre experience will be preferred - Strong ownership and stakeholder management skills - Experience in managing more than 100+ outbound agents team.
