Location: Pune, India Experience: 2 - 4 years Company: eClerx About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Corporate Action professional to join our team at eClerx, Pune. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in cash and stock reconciliation, corporate actions, income review, and payments processing, with a strong understanding of custodial operations and fixed income instruments. Key Responsibilities: • Perform cash and stock reconciliations, identify and resolve breaks efficiently. • Process corporate actions, including claims, dividends, and entitlements. • Conduct income reviews and manage payments and dividend processing. • Liaise with custodians to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely settlements. • Utilize Intellimatch / TLM for reconciliation tracking, reporting, and exception management. • Support fixed income operations while adhering to internal controls and compliance guidelines.
