Dear Candidate, We are hiring for Customer Relationship Executive ( CRE Cum Teller) for Howrah Maidan branch. **Role & responsibilities** - Responsible for assigned operations activities of respective branch - Database creations and updating CRM - On time response on CPC queries - Ensure proper cash management at branch with cash register entries. Including appropriate record keeping - Reconciliation of cash collections, deposits and card balances - Ensure delivery of KYC documents to Bank follow up on any deviations to closure - Compliance of documentation / including record keeping - Work towards audit team recommended improvement areas and improve the Audit rating - Ensure timely deposits of cash in bank and coordination with F&A/ Operations on cash transactions - **Profile include Operation (30%) + Sales (70%)** **Preferred candidate profile** - Graduate - 2 to 4 years experience into banking sales & operations. - NO SERVICE GAP - Prefer banking only and no other domain **Perks and benefits** Fixed Pay + Incentive + Statutory benefits **Drop you profile** - **debangan.chatterjee@jana.bank.in**
