Job description

- Claims & Service: Oversee end-to-end health insurance operations, including policy issuance, customer service, and hospital network coordination. - Compliance & Audit: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory guidelines (IRDAI), internal policies, and security protocols. - Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor branch staff, conducting performance reviews to maintain high service standards. - Operational Efficiency: Analyze daily workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to reduce manual processes. - Financial Management: Manage petty cash, monitor branch expenses, and track business targets. - Relationship Management: Handle client escalations, resolve complaints. **Fresher's can also apply**
