Job description

**Role & responsibilities** - **Business Development**: Generate leads and sales for Home Loans (HL) and Loans Against Property (LAP) through direct sales, DSAs, builders, and referrals. - **Customer Acquisition & Consultation**: Meet potential customers, understand financial needs, explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation. - **Sales & Processing**: Guide customers through the loan process, ensure complete and quality documentation, and coordinate with operations/credit teams for timely disbursement. - **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong ties with channel partners (builders, connectors) and ensure high customer satisfaction. - **Portfolio Management**: Monitor loan accounts, manage early delinquencies, and ensure minimal Non-Performing Assets (NPAs). - **Cross-Selling**: Upsell/cross-sell other banking products like insurance or cards.
