Key Responsibilities A. Sales & Business Development • Source customers for New Car loans through dealer network. • Build and maintain strong relations with dealers, DSA, Brokers, and local influencers. • Achieve monthly sales targets for loan disbursement. • Conduct field visits to identify new business opportunities. B. Customer Handling • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable loan products. • Explain loan terms, interest rates, EMI plans, and documentation requirements. • Assist customers in application filling and ensure end-to-end support. C. Documentation & Verification • Collect and verify customer KYC, income proof, bank statements, and other required documents. • Ensure accuracy and compliance as per company policies. • Coordinate with credit and operations teams for file processing. D. Loan Processing • Submit cases for credit approval and follow up until disbursal. • Update tracking sheets or CRM systems with real-time loan status. • Resolve discrepancies and support verification officers during field investigations. E. Post-Disbursement Support • Ensure onboarding and welcome call completion. • Coordinate with customers for repayment-related queries. • Assist in overdue follow-ups when required. Required Skills & Competencies • Strong communication and customer-handling skills. • Good negotiation and relationshipbuilding abilities. • Basic knowledge of loan products and finance industry. • Ability to work independently and meet targets. • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred. Qualifications & Experience • Educational Qualification: Graduation • Experience: 2-5 years in sales, vehicle loan, or banking/NBFC sector. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Monthly loan disbursement target achievement. • Dealer relationship score and new dealer onboarded. • TAT for login and disbursement. • Portfolio quality and customer satisfaction.
