The Muthoot Finance Ltd. is going to open its next branches at Kalimpong, Maynaguri and Malbazar locations. Therefore searching suitable Male & Female candidates for the below positions, **BRANCH HEAD (ABM)** - Must be a Graduate - Atleast 6 years of experience in banks or finance companies (excluding insurance sector) - Currently be working at the Assistant Manager grade or above - Fluency in the local language - Candidate should be from the local area or ready to relocate - Team handling or business development experience is mandatory - Age above 30 years **JUNIOR RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE (JRE)** - Must be a Graduate (excluding BTech/BE/LLB/Distance/Open) - Atleast 1 year of experience in operations or sales - Fluency in the local language - Candidate should be from the local area or ready to relocate - Computer knowledge is mandatory - Age below 28 years **Duties & Responsibilities** **:-** - Achieving the allotted branch target. - Acquiring new customers and addressing all product inquiries through branch walk-ins, sales activities, marketing promotions, etc. - Regular follow-up for interest collection and NPA reduction. - Responsible for regular branch operations including KYC process, gold appraisal, strong room operations, gold packet preparation, closures and renewals. - Cross-selling all products and increasing branch walk-ins. - Ensuring error-free audit reports and proper compliance at the branch. - Maintaining punctuality, discipline and a high level of morality in line with the ethics & values of the company. - Cost control. - Other duties as instructed by higher authority.
