**About the Role** Paisabazaar is looking for an experienced and execution-oriented **Operations Lead Disbursal** to own the end-to-end operational engine for our Full Underwriting (Full U/W) Personal Loan business. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring seamless movement of every customer application from login creation through final disbursal. The role requires building operational excellence, driving partner coordination, improving approval rates, maintaining data quality, and leading multiple operations teams that directly influence business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong operational discipline with business acumen and is comfortable working in a fast-paced fintech environment with banks, NBFCs, sales teams, and technology stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** **1. Lead Login Operations & Data Quality** - Own the team responsible for customer onboarding into lender journeys by ensuring: - Accurate verification of customer information and supporting documents. - Timely creation of lender logins. - Complete and accurate case creation within Paisabazaar systems. - Maintenance of case records throughout the application lifecycle. - Zero-defect data quality and adherence to defined SLAs. - Continuous reduction in operational errors and rework. **2. Optimize Partner Selection -** Drive intelligent partner allocation by ensuring every customer is matched to the most appropriate lender based on **3. Own Login-to-Disbursal Operations** - Lead a dedicated operations team responsible for managing the complete customer journey after login creation until loan disbursal. **4.** **Policy & Process Governance** - Ensure internal teams remain updated on lender policy and process changes. **6. Operational Excellence -** Continuously improve operational efficiency. **7. Team Leadership** - Lead and develop multiple operations teams **Desired Experience** - 7-12 years of experience in Operations, Lending Operations, Loan Fulfilment, Business Operations, or Marketplace Operations. - Prior experience managing Personal Loan or Retail Lending operations. - Experience working with banks, NBFCs, DSAs, fintech's, or digital lending businesses. - Proven track record of managing large operations teams. - Experience working in cross-functional environments involving Sales, Product, Technology, Risk, and Partner Operations. **Technical Skills** - Advanced Microsoft Excel - Google Sheets - MIS & Dashboard Reporting - Data Analysis and Operational Metrics - Workflow Management Tools - CRM/LOS/LMS platforms - Process Automation mindset **Preferred Qualifications** - MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification. - Experience in fintech, lending marketplace, DSA, or digital lending ecosystems. - Familiarity with Personal Loan underwriting and disbursal processes. - Experience driving automation and operational transformation initiatives. **If you have the relevant experience please call 7982112501 or Share resume on Brijeshkumar@paisabazaar.com**
