Sales Manager Mortgage Loan Sales (Channel & DSA Sourcing)- Jaipur The Sales Manager is responsible for driving mortgage loan business through Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), channel partners, connectors, and other referral networks. The role focuses on business development, partner acquisition, portfolio growth, and ensuring quality sourcing while achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Business Development - Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual mortgage loan sales targets. - Generate business through DSAs, channel partners, builders, brokers, and referral sources. - Identify new markets and develop new sourcing channels to increase business volume. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of loan prospects. **DSA & Channel Management** - Recruit, onboard, and activate new DSAs and channel partners. - Develop long-term relationships with existing partners to maximize productivity. - Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and engagement programs for DSAs. - Monitor partner performance and implement productivity improvement initiatives. **Sales & Customer Acquisition** - Source Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and other mortgage products. - Meet customers and understand their financing requirements. - Guide customers through loan eligibility, documentation, and application processes. - Ensure high-quality customer service throughout the loan journey. **Credit & Documentation Coordination** - Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for smooth loan processing. - Ensure complete and accurate documentation before submission. - Track applications until loan disbursement. - Maintain portfolio quality by sourcing customers who meet policy guidelines. **Relationship Management** - Build relationships with real estate developers, property consultants, chartered accountants, financial consultants, and local business communities. - Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities. - Strengthen the company's presence in the assigned territory. **Experience** - 3-8 years of experience in mortgage loan sales. - Proven experience in DSA sourcing and channel sales. - Experience in Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) is preferred. - Existing network of DSAs, builders, brokers, and connectors is an advantage. **Required Skills** - Strong sales and negotiation skills. - Excellent relationship management abilities. - Knowledge of mortgage products and lending processes. - Understanding of credit assessment and documentation. - Market development and business expansion skills. **Preferred Candidate Profile** - Target-driven and self-motivated. - Strong local market knowledge. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple channel partners.
