Roles and Responsibilities : • Manage a team of DSA (Direct Sales Agent) partners to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory. • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share, improve customer engagement, and enhance brand visibility. • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, provide product knowledge, and ensure seamless service delivery. • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. Job Requirements : • 7-17 years of experience in channel sales or mortgage sales with a focus on DSA channels. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy execution. • Strong understanding of the local real estate market dynamics and regulations. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
