Preferred Skills: • Experience with other monitoring tools such as Solarwinds, Nagios, or OpsRamp. • Knowledge of cloud monitoring solutions and practices. • Understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks. • Certifications related to monitoring tools or IT infrastructure.
