Job description

**Role & responsibilities** 1. **Generate Home Loan Leads** Visit builders, real estate agents, and customer locations to identify and generate potential home loan leads. 2. **Promote and Sell Home Loan Products** Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, EMI options, and benefits to prospective customers. 3. **Collect and Verify Documents** Assist customers in submitting KYC, income proofs, property papers, and other required loan documents. 4. **Customer Follow-up** Regularly follow up with customers to convert leads into loan applications and ensure timely completion of the process. 5. **Meet Sales Targets and Build Relationships** Support the sales team in achieving monthly loan disbursement targets while maintaining relationships with customers, builders, and channel partners. **Preferred candidate profile**
