📦We're Hiring: First Mile Pickup Hub Incharge (Off Role) 📍 Location: **Coimbatore/Peelamedu** 🕒 Shift: Day 🏭 Industry: Logistics & First Mile Pickup Operations 💰 Salary: **₹30,000 / Month** We are looking for a First Mile Pickup Hub Incharge to manage and oversee daily pickup hub operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth pickup execution, timely shipment processing, rider management, and adherence to operational SLAs while maintaining high service quality. 🔍 Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day First Mile pickup hub operations during the assigned shift. • Plan and allocate pickup routes to riders for timely collections. • Monitor pickup performance, productivity, and SLA adherence. • Coordinate with sellers, pickup executives, warehouse, and transportation teams. • Ensure timely inward scanning and handover of shipments to the linehaul team. • Handle operational escalations and resolve real-time issues. • Maintain compliance with safety standards, quality guidelines, and company SOPs. • Prepare daily shift reports and share operational performance with management. • Ensure accurate shipment tracking, documentation, and inventory reconciliation. ✅ Requirements • 1–3 years of experience in First Mile, Logistics, Courier, or E-commerce Operations. • Experience in managing pickup executives or delivery associates is preferred. • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet operational targets. • Good knowledge of MS Excel and logistics management systems. • Immediate joiner preferred 📩 How to Apply Apply via LinkedIn or share your resume at r.karthikeyan@mahindralogistics.com 📢 Know someone who fits this role?
