Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) - Job Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to drive employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, and HR initiatives. The candidate must be able to speak either Malayalam or Kannada. Key Responsibilities • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and HR strategy. • Plan and execute employee engagement activities. • Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution. • Drive employee relations and a positive work culture. • Support performance management and feedback cycles. • Conduct employee connect sessions and pulse surveys. • Manage onboarding and induction. • Monitor attendance, attrition, and retention metrics. • Ensure policy and statutory compliance. • Coordinate learning & development initiatives. • Maintain HR MIS and dashboards. • Support organizational development projects. Required Skills • Minimum 2 years of HRBP experience. • Strong knowledge of employee engagement, employee relations, HR operations, and performance management. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management. • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRMS. Mandatory Requirement Must be able to speak either Malayalam or Kannada. Preferred Qualification MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. BFSI/BPO/Contact Centre experience preferred
