**Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) - Job** **Job Summary** We are seeking a dynamic Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to drive employee engagement, employee relations, performance management, and HR initiatives. The candidate must be able to speak either Malayalam or Kannada. **Key Responsibilities** - Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and HR strategy. - Plan and execute employee engagement activities. - Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution. - Drive employee relations and a positive work culture. - Support performance management and feedback cycles. - Conduct employee connect sessions and pulse surveys. - Manage onboarding and induction. - Monitor attendance, attrition, and retention metrics. - Ensure policy and statutory compliance. - Coordinate learning & development initiatives. - Maintain HR MIS and dashboards. - Support organizational development projects. **Required Skills** - Minimum 2 years of HRBP experience. - Strong knowledge of employee engagement, employee relations, HR operations, and performance management. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and HRMS. **Mandatory Requirement** Must be able to speak either Malayalam or Kannada. **Preferred Qualification** **MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent. BFSI/BPO/Contact Centre experience preferred**
